Starting from ten frames taken from the last ten feature films shot by the American director, linked to ten key terms, we analyse how the idea of team management has evolved, taking into consideration what is required today from those responsible for leading a work group, avoiding the traps of the mere exercise of power and proposing sometimes disruptive solutions.
